The Amie Muller Foundation was started in 2017 after Brian Muller’s wife, Amie passed away at the age of 36 from Pancreatic Cancer. She was in the Air National Guard and did 2 tours to Iraq in 2005 and 2007. During her battle with Pancreatic Cancer, she voiced her concerns about the Burn Pits in Iraq and Afghanistan being linked to her cancer. Her story grew along with more awareness of the harmful effects of the Burn Pits and Senator Amy Klobuchar used her story to get a bill passed to help veterans find answers for their illnesses called the “Helping Veteran’s Exposed to Burn Pits Act.”

The Amie Muller Foundation helps military families with a pancreatic cancer diagnosis and helped 6 families in 2017, seven families in 2018 and 5 families or far in 2019.
