4 Rebecca Pappas of Radiance Medspa offers popular services such as Botox, micro-needling and body contouring. The body contouring or cool sculpting, which involves the freezing of fat cells, has become so popular that Radiance has added another machine for efficiency; the second machine allows them to cut the usual eight-hour session in half. “It was so popular that we just didn’t have enough hours in a day,” Pappas says.
