The majority of these dishes contain beans in some form, whether in a torta or burrito, or in your choice of tacos as a side to a larger meal. A torta cubana is a popular choice at Cien, complete with breaded steak, chorizo, egg, salchicha, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, beans, avocado, jalapeños, onion and mayo. If you’d prefer to have your beans as a side, try Cien’s three taco plato served with rice and beans. You can simply build your own tacos from the many meat, salsa and condiment options. It’s called “Famous” Dave’s for a reason, and the Wilbur beans are one of the stars of the show. Try this tasty side with any entrée of your choice. These baked beans are loaded with smoked pork, brisket, hot link sausage and jalapeño peppers. The beans pair wonderfully with the roasted or barbeque chicken or ribs.
