Carlson’s Piano World Opens in Woodbury

Carlson’s Piano World may be new to Woodbury, but the business dates back to 1948 when Sid Carlson founded it in Alexandria, Minn. Current owner Ron Carlson, Sid’s son, has overseen expansion of the business to additional locations in Plymouth and now Woodbury.

“We are Yamaha’s acoustic and digital piano dealer for the Twin Cities, and we offer a wide variety of grand and upright pianos, as well as used pianos,” Ron Carlson says. “We’re excited to service the east metro and Wisconsin with our new Woodbury store, showcasing our entire line of Yamaha products in one location.”
