Commercial Growth in Woodbury

As businesses arrive/expand in Woodbury, we bring you a guide to what’s happening around town in the commercial sector.
An existing 100-acre mixed-use campus, including 400,000 square feet of office space, at the northeast corner of Radio Drive and Hudson Road, with shopping, restaurants, a hotel and office space. Tenants to date are Café Zupas, Residence Inn by Marriott, Verizon Wireless, Wedding Day Diamonds and Whole Foods.

The opening of Cabela's in May 2013 signaled a new period of business growth in Woodbury, with a variety of incoming commercial developments, new tenants moving into existing spaces, and longtime businesses expanding and renovating throughout the city. “It’s tremendously exciting to see the difference that a year makes for Woodbury’s business community,” says Karl Batalden, housing and economic development coordinator for the city of Woodbury. “A year ago, we were planning for growth and development, and now it has arrived. New developments at Bielenberg Gardens and CityPlace are underway while existing property owners are continuing to reinvest. Last year was a great year for Woodbury, and we’re looking forward to a vibrant 2015 as well.”
