This month’s pick is a fun run for kids with plenty of glowing gear to go around.

Kids ages 6-12 are welcome to join in a fun nighttime race on September 16. Kids Glo Run participants are encouraged to wear their own neon gear and will be given glowing necklaces and bracelets for the one-mile run around Ojibway Park. Participants should arrive at 7 p.m. to get gear and prepare for a 7:30 p.m. start time. The race, sponsored in partnership by the cities of Woodbury and Cottage Grove parks and recreation, will end with a cookie and juice no later than 8:30 p.m.
