Huge city-wide event set for October 8-11 at Bielenberg Sports Center.
Next month, Bielenberg Sports Center will be transformed into a massive assembly station for 4 million meals for the hungry. Woodbury is hosting the largest Feed My Starving Children mobile pack ever undertaken under one roof in the U.S., with a goal of feeding the hungry abroad and also at home, as 10 percent of the money raised will go to the local Christian Cupboard Emergency Food Shelf.
How can you help? Corporate and individual sponsorships at various levels are still needed, as well as volunteers from October 8 to 11 to assist with set up, assembling the meals and tear down. For more information, visit the Woodbury Feeds website.
