Health Care for Kids at Pediatric Dentistry

A relocation brings more health care to the city’s northeast side. Pediatric Dentistry of Woodbury has moved to a new clinic space on Tamarack Road near Super Target, sharing the building with Central Pediatrics and the University of Minnesota Specialty Children’s Clinic.

Better access for patients in the area inspired the move, says Dr. Greg Beinlich of Pediatric Dentistry of Woodbury. By expanding its clinic and the number of dentists from one to two on staff, Beinlich says they’ll be able to increase their patients’ access to care. This expansion also allows more appointment times for patients.

The move was all about the availability of service to the community, says Pediatric Dentistry of Woodbury’s Dr. Rick Baylon. “We bend over backwards to help patients of all types,” he says. Baylon says the new location, with pediatric neighbors, was an integral aspect behind the move; they can provide more care to underserved groups in the community through the cross-examination of needs.

The model of practice that Beinlich and Baylon promote is to welcome and value every single child in the clinic, and make them feel safe. “Our specialty is children,” Beinlich says. “It’s warm and dear to our hearts.”
