With five restaurants already under its belt, Cowboy Jack’s opened its first east metro location in Woodbury in May. Outfitted with a mechanical bull, barn doors, wagon wheels, rustic chandeliers and bar tables, the new restaurant has brought a whole new feel to the building that used to house Woody’s Roadhouse and Throwback’s.
In addition to the popular country nachos, sloppy jack sliders and new pulled pork sandwich, Cowboy Jack’s offers a daily happy hour, from 3-6 p.m. and 10 p.m.-midnight. “Whether you want to take the family out, or have a late night with friends, we provide a fun experience for everyone who comes through our doors,” says Kristin Copietz, manager of the Woodbury location.
