Minnesota Gastroenterology establishes its ninth location at CityPlace.
On a crisp Tuesday afternoon last summer, men and women in suits and hardhats put shovels into the ground, marking the ceremonious beginning of a new medical office building at CityPlace, home of Minnesota Gastroenterology, which will occupy about a third of the building. This new clinic aims to “meet the needs of patients where they are,” says Lisa Belak, marketing and communications manager for Minnesota Gastroenterology.
Set to open this summer, the clinic will contain clinic rooms and an outpatient ambulatory center. Belak says that this outpatient center, rather than a hospital, is a better environment and more economically efficient for patient procedures.
