Award winning Oak Meadows opened April 1, 1998. We are a not for profit, stand alone community and offer 62 independent apartments, 48 assisted and 12 memory care. Many of our staff have been here 15 years or more! We feature a full service dining room, convenience store, 24-hour receptionist, full time chaplain, small exercise area, theater, community spaces and underground parking. We are close to everything in Woodbury (less than minutes away) yet are nestled in a wooded property surrounded by a golf course, church and pond. We were named Best Non-Profit in 2018 by the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce and the city of Oakdale proclaimed April 1, 2018, as Oak Meadows Day. We have homecare staff here 24/7 with nurses on site seven days a week, usually from 8-6.
