Woodbury Housing

Woodbury welcomes three new developments in the Hargis Parkway vicinity.

Last March, Woodbury welcomed the St. Therese senior living community, offering independent, assisted living, memory care, transitional care and long-term care. Next fall, St. Therese will add independent living apartments, called Redwoods.

Located on the south end of their campus on Hargis Parkway, the apartments will be larger with 1,000 to 1,900 square feet and access to all amenities on the main campus with the additional option for residents to select their own design preferences in their apartment. “It’s the first time people moving in get to customize their apartments by choosing the countertops, flooring, carpeting and paint,” says marketing director Angela Regan. Reservations are being accepted now.

CalAtlantic Homes, which had previously developed Bailey Lake, has opened two new housing developments this month near Hargis Parkway as well: Harvest View and Harvest Commons.

Harvest View offers one and two-level single-family homes with seven different floor plans of 2,180 to 3,380 square feet and a neighborhood community. Harvest Commons offers two different floor plans for their townhomes of 1,720 to 1,775 square feet, with an optional finished basement and provided lawn care. “We’ve got new fresh floor plans and architecture, outdoor living spaces, gourmet kitchens and luxury suites with the latest trends,” says Mike DeVoe, Twin Cities president for CalAtlantic Homes.
