Starting May 3, walkers can join us at Woodbury Lakes every Tuesday and Thursday. The group will meet at 8:00AM in the courtyard, near Jos. A. Bank and walk until 9:00AM. A certified personal trainer from the Woodbury YMCA will be on-site each week to encourage, teach and motivate. Registered walkers receive a free T-shirt and will be registered to win gift cards each time they walk.
