Kym Spiralke has brought Dixie Blue BarBQue to you. Last spring, a Woodbury branch of the restaurant opened to deliver genuine barbecue flavor to local residents. When asked why he chose Woodbury as another location for a restaurant, Spiralke says, “Someone was contacting me about getting a new location over [in] Woodbury and then this one came up. It was a great location. Here there are plenty of opportunities for business, especially catering.” Spiralke says that there is “just a good feel to [Woodbury],” which couldn’t be more accurate given the city’s booming business climate.
Have grilling plans for the summer? Leave the cooking to someone else, Spiralke says. Dixie Blue caters and has plenty of takeout options as well. Having a barbecue at your home has never been easier.
