Hoping to attract chipmunks, Deborah Tom set a dish of food on the roof of her home last summer. The seventh-grader then grabbed her Canon PowerShot SX170 IS and started clicking. “I like taking lots of pictures of the chipmunks,” says the novice photographer, whose favorite subjects are animals, nature and sports.
