Luxury real estate broker Wade Hanson publishes collaborative book project, Luxury Home Selling Mastery.

Wade Hanson brings real estate knowledge to the public with book project.

When Wade Hanson jumped into the real estate market in 1999, he followed his passion, but he never expected that his passion would lead him to where he is now. Hanson, of RE/MAX Results, was a contestant on the 10th season of NBC’s The Apprentice and most recently has been involved in a book project, Luxury Home Selling Mastery, a collaboration from several luxury brokers across the country. “Erica Glessing, the editor of the book, contacted me about the project, and I was the first author on board,” Hanson says. “We collaborated and brainstormed on it for a while, then we were able to get the other brokers involved. The resulting book was our brainchild in a way.”

Hanson’s chapter in the book, titled “Three Reasons Your Luxury Home Isn’t Selling,” features his knowledge on pricing strategy, unique marketing strategies for a luxury home, and what a luxury Realtor should do for clients. He focuses on the small details and how it’s the simple things that can make a huge impact.

“My experience on The Apprentice, and my work in luxury real estate, parallel each other,” Hanson says. “Completing each task was like selling a different property. In the board room, we had to go out of the box to find unique ways to complete the tasks, which is what I do to sell each individual property.”
