Jennifer Wenshau is enjoying her role as the new membership and marketing director at the Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce, helping to expand the fast-growing chamber, now ranked the ninth largest in Minnesota. “My responsibilities are to maintain and grow the member base and to prospect businesses to get new members into the Chamber,” Wenshau says. “And I also help coordinate Chamber events.”
Wenshau has been invested in the community since she moved to Woodbury in 2012. She worked for Regus Office Suites as the center manager in Maple Grove and eventually became the area manager in Lake Elmo. In November 2016, she took on this new role with the Chamber.
Throughout the transition, one thing has stayed with Wenshau—her love of community. “My dad owned his own business and I’m a really big believer in helping out businesses because of that,” she says. “It’s in my heart.”
