A local kindergarten teacher takes a great summertime photo.
The Bailey’s Arbor neighborhood of Woodbury has an arboretum feel, with an abundance of community gardens and walking trails. Donna Lloyd took this photo while on a walk through the neighborhood, noting the reflection in the ball in her neighbor’s yard.
“The camera I used was a Canon EOS Rebel T3i, with a Canon EFS 17-55 mm lens,” says Lloyd, who teaches kindergarten at Woodbury Elementary School. “I’ve been taking photos for four years, and I like to use my photographs to make cards for people."
Donna Lloyd’s photo earned an honorable mention in the city landmarks category in Woodbury Magazine’s Focus on Woodbury photo contest.
