Carver Lake Park sets the scene for the third annual winter bike race.
Now in its third year, the Carver Lake Cold Catfish Cup Winter Bike Race hopes to be bigger than ever. The January 19 race includes three difficulty levels along Carver Lake’s icy trails: an 18-mile advanced course, a 12-mile intermediate course and a five-mile unicycle course. All non-racers are invited to watch and enjoy food truck delights, keep warm around a bonfire and participate in other activities.
$15 pre-registration/$20 day of event; registration begins at 11 a.m. and the race begins at noon. Carver Lake Park, 3175 Century Avenue South.
