For six years, Doug and Margaret Lattin have been ensuring local events and parties go off without a hitch, with a simple pitch—of a tent, that is. They’re co-owners of Omega Event Services, a major provider of outdoor tents and other event services in Woodbury.
The family lives and breathes Woodbury, as their everyday lives in the community have strong ties to the business they do. Their daughter attends St. Ambrose of Woodbury and dances at Woodbury Dance Center, two institutions that use Omega Event Services. The showroom is also located in the city, on Commerce Drive. “Truly, we have our roots in Woodbury,” Margaret says.
While the company does a lot of work for corporate events and larger events, it’s often called in to help with graduation parties and even dinner parties. “A lot of people don’t know we provide tables, linens and dishes, too,” Doug says, “We’ll drop it all off and pick it all up.”
