Enjoy an evening stroll at our newest hiking area while listening for the spring calls of our native frogs! (Spring Peepers, Wood Frogs, Chorus Frogs) Dress for the weather. This is a rain or shine event. Led by Lynette Anderson.

Be a Better Birder — Winter Birds!

Hone your bird identification skills and enjoy a winter hike! We will begin indoors looking at bird mounts and study skins and then head out to listen and look for our hardy winter birds! We will end our time around a campfire with hot beverages.

Suicide Prevention Collaborative of East Metro 11th Annual 5K Walk/Run

The Suicide Prevention Collaborative of the East Metro is thrilled to be hosting our 11th Annual "Together It Gets Better" 5K Walk/Run on October 15th.

This event brings the community together for a fun, meaningful morning that helps us to give back to the community in a variety of ways. We are able to use the registration, sponsorship funds and donations to educate community members about suicide prevention and provide support to area schools and organizations that our children and teens engage with regularly. Immerse yourself in the late summer colors, sounds and textures of this lovely, restored oak savanna.

Dress for the weather, wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring binoculars if you have them.
