About a year ago, when Michelle Witte rounded up a group of Woodbury artists to bring more visual arts to the Merrill Community Arts Center, she didn’t plan on handing over the reins and walking away.

For 35 years, Woodbury Days has hosted a weekend of fun-filled activities, and this year will be no different. Between August 22 and 24, Ojibway Park will once again be a destination for people of all ages.
“There’s an old saying: The family that sings together, stays together,” says Tom Reimann. “I think that’s very true,” he adds with a chuckle.
Woodbury’s 4th of July celebration has long taken place at Ojibway Park. But this year, festivities will be held at the Bielenberg Sports Center.
This summer, community members can get out and enjoy the Woodbury Lakes plaza with the fifth annual Summer Concert Series, a weekly offering of free family-friendly musical events.
